If you have watch the Channel 8 News @ 10pm, you would have realise that Microsoft is staging a war against pirated XP users.

From September 1 2008, if you are experiencing blackout after connecting to the Internet, chances are Microsoft have something to do with it. A local newspaper have reported that starting tomorrow, user of pirated copies of Microsoft Windows XP Professional that are connected to the internet will find their computer displays going black with no icons on the desktop.

If you can reset the display properties to normal, the Windows XP display blackout will occur every 60 minutes. This will repeatedly happen unless the user of the pirated version of Windows XP Professional register a valid license with Microsoft.

You either never go online; or, purchase a valid license from Microsoft. After all, some people spent a lot of time
